99.9% of the time, this is related to your ADD123 password. The law states that your ADD123 password must be updated or changed every 90 days. Click on the link add123.com and login using your current ADD123 credentials. Update your password with a maximum of 9 characters including a special one. ex: (vts12345!) and save the settings. Return to VTS under setup>system>mvr password and update your username password. Save and exit VTS. Relog back into VTS and test your MVR(s) or try to resend your letter(s)
Your PIN# is unique to your company, like a VIN# is to a automobile. You can locate your PIN# in VTS under the help/about VTS located in the main VTS toolbar. ex: Serial# PIN0000901.

For the most part all the colors of text are consistent throughout the VTS platform.
Red indicates there is a problem in the record, and/or the vehicle in still in the storage lot.
Black indicates that the vehicle has been released from the storage lot.
Blue indicated that the vehicle has been released, but via the auction process.
Pink indicated that the vehicle has been released, but through the transfer process.
Green indicates that there are multiple owners, and/or multiple lien holders on a single vehicle. It also indicates that the owners information has all the correct fields populated.
Yellow indicates that the is a duplicate in that field, or that the field is missing something. (ex: 17 characters in a VIN#)
There is also colored text throughout the dispatch call screen that represent the status of with the call is in. Red = received, yellow = dispatched, green = enroute, light blue = onsite, purple = rolling, grey = arrived.
