VTS systems looked at the industry, not unlike our VTS Cloud web based solution and redesigned the mobile app to function the same way as the web based solution. We provide a mobile solution that allows you, the Towing/Storage lot owners to regulate the permissions on a driver-by-driver basis. What does this mean to you!! It means that you can assign different security function to each driver separately. You may have drivers that you "ONLY" want to allow  them to receive calls, and view the storage lot. Other drivers, you may want to add tows "ONLY". Send dispatch call directly to your driver. Have your driver process the call through the system from start to finish. Set security settings to provide driver with the ability to export the call into Tow, or Impound upon a completed incident.

Drivers now have the ability to add their own tickets under tow, with full access to VIN Decoding, Photo's, Print functions, Charges, Location/Destination map plotting, Payments, and many more mobile features.

Drivers have all the functionality and features that Tow has. Plus, the ability to process a MVR, send letters, and release directly from phone along with print/email direct functionality. Depending on the drivers permissions, they can be limited to only view what the storage lot has in it for information purposes, or allow limited access and or the ability to release.
